This blend consists of hibiscus, blueberries, apples, elderberry, rose hip, pomegranate, and corn flowers.

Directions: scoop 1 tsp for every 8 oz of water.  Pour 175-212 F water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.  Add a sweetener of your choice and enjoy!
